SharkNinja

VP of Data, Analytics & AI · March 2025 – Present

SharkNinja designs and manufactures premium household appliances under the Shark and Ninja brands. It’s a roughly $7B global business selling through retail, DTC, and wholesale in more than 30 countries, with the supply chain complexity that footprint implies.

I own the enterprise Data and AI function across commercial, supply chain, and product domains: strategy, architecture, delivery, and governance. I lead a 30-person global organization spanning data engineering, analytics, and data science, and I advise the CIO, CEO, and executive leadership team directly on data and AI investment.

When I joined, a critical POS data program had stalled. The vendor model had structural problems that weren’t being named. I diagnosed what was wrong, redefined the retailer extraction strategy, and rebuilt the data completeness and quality standards the business needed. That platform now consolidates POS and sell-through data from more than 80 retail partners into a single governed analytics layer, and it powers category performance, inventory intelligence, and demand forecasting across global markets.

I was a founding judge and the infrastructure lead for Jailbreak, SharkNinja’s $1M company-wide AI innovation program. I built the governance framework, sandbox environments, and tooling that let 4,000 employees experiment with AI safely. More than 700 tool requests came in the first weekend, and the program surfaced production candidates across commercial, operations, and supply chain. I now lead the portfolio of AI products that came out of it.

Two of those products are already working. 360 Consumer Intelligence is a predictive engine built on Snowflake with Claude-based agents. Teams query demand, virality, and product-quality signals in plain language before a product launches, and it has surfaced more than $75M in previously untapped demand across 2026 programs. Consumer Watchtower is a real-time decision engine that turns POS, order, and supply signals into alerts protecting on-time delivery and in-stock performance. It’s live in retailer planning and projected to give planners back thousands of hours a year.

Underneath the product work, I’ve shifted the organization from project-based delivery toward product-based ownership of the data platform, and delivered a Customer 360 that unifies purchase, engagement, and service data into one trusted view for marketing and retention. I also manage vendor relationships and cost governance under real budget pressure: roughly $10M in annual operating budget across platform, analytics, and AI investments.

Veracode

VP, Enterprise Data & Analytics · November 2023 – March 2025

Veracode provides application security solutions to enterprises across regulated industries. The environment requires real governance discipline, not just governance language.

I led the data and analytics transformation through a period focused on making the function measurably useful to the business. That meant embedding forecasting and pipeline intelligence directly into sales and finance workflows, building a Customer 360 capability used by commercial and customer success leadership, and establishing data governance and security operating models in partnership with Legal, Security, and Risk.

The work was about connecting the data function to revenue outcomes and building the credibility to be treated as a partner to executive leadership rather than a support function.

Bonterra

VP, Data Products · July 2020 – November 2023

Bonterra provides cloud-based software to nonprofits and social good organizations.

I founded the Data Products organization. When I started, it was one person. By the time I left, it was a multi-disciplinary team across analytics, data science, and platform delivery.

The most significant work was turning embedded analytics into a product line. We took analytics from an internal capability to a monetized feature set within the existing SaaS product, delivered it to production in under six months, and generated approximately three million in incremental ARR within two years. That required close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, and a federated data operating model that could scale without losing reliability or governance standards.

I also partnered with the CISO to formalize enterprise data governance, which at that stage of company growth doesn’t happen on its own.

Cole Haan

Director, Analytics & Data Engineering · May 2017 – June 2020

Cole Haan operates roughly 200 retail locations globally, a significant DTC digital business, and wholesale relationships with major retail partners.

I led the data platform modernization that supported all of it. The work covered data engineering, analytics engineering, and integration across digital, retail, and supply chain channels. I also drove the Order Management system integration that enabled endless aisle capabilities and unlocked around twenty-five million in incremental revenue.

I defined and executed the multi-year digital data roadmap and built the Customer 360 and CDP integrations that connected data to marketing and commerce outcomes.

Baker Distributing

Director, Business Intelligence & Analytics · September 2014 – May 2017

Baker is a leading HVAC/R distributor with over 220 locations across 23 states.

I led the analytics function supporting a complex operational business with pricing, inventory, and sales dynamics that required decision-making at the branch level and above. The work was about building frameworks that let leadership see performance and act on it.

Selerity Australia

Founder & Principal Analytics Consultant · October 2009 – August 2014

I founded a boutique analytics consultancy serving enterprise and mid-market clients across Australia and New Zealand. I ran everything: client acquisition, solution design, delivery, and operations. Working directly with client executives in regulated and operationally intensive environments gave me early exposure to governance, delivery discipline, and the communication gap between technical teams and the business leaders who depend on them.
